Our History

We were tired of seeing other commercial maintenance companies cutting corners and not fulfilling contractual obligations along with unfair treatment of employees, our family and close friends hit the ground running, establishing SCM in 2015 to really make a difference and set ourselves apart. 

Proudly family-owned and operated, our diverse management team were ready to change how businesses obtained facility maintenance.
