    I called Sosa Commercial Maintenance and was booked by George immediately and without a problem. They gladly removed what was on the way and cleaned my carpet in no time. Did not splash the walls like other “companies” did in the past or left a mess when done. Clean job, polite and Proffesional staff, will call them again for any future cleaning needs.     This is my Go-to maintenance company for cleaning and floor waxing. I had Sosa Commercial Maintenance do my floors and they did not disappoint. I'm calling them for the third time. George and his crew did 2 commercial buildings in the past and did them at a reasonable price and were professional at all times. Their customer service is excellent. George readily adjusted to my schedule and was punctual. He removed the old wax, cleaned and mopped and applied the needed coats, it came out perfect.

    So I have been waiting to write a review so that I was able to truly review the quality of work provided and provide readers with the most accurate information possible.
    First Glance: They seemed too new with little to no reviews so I was definitely a little worried about the service. But after putting in multiple requests and quotes from other reputable companies, he was the first to reply, and continuously follow up. He walked us through what his company had to offer and he got to the point. This was truly a great start.
    Review: George is TRULY a pleasure to work with. Very responsive with requests and always makes sure to follow up in a timely fashion. Not only is the quality of work professional, he is willing to work with you on all matters to make your life easier, at a GREAT PRICE. I have been utilizing Sosa Commercial maintenance for over 2 months now and they have not let me down once. They are very detailed and if by chance, his team overlooked anything, they are willing to make things right ASAP (even same day if needed!!)
